For the third year, Chicago Real Estate Professionals is delighted to host a special program featuring highlights from the Emerging Trends in Real Estate® 2016 report—a publication from PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Urban Land Institute.

Emerging Trends in Real Estate® 2016 is a trends and forecast publication with a 35-year history. It is the most highly-regarded and widely-read forecast report in the real estate industry. Emerging Trends in Real Estate® 2016, undertaken jointly by PwC and ULI, provides an outlook on U.S. investment and development trends, real estate finance and capital markets, property sectors, metropolitan areas, and other real estate issues.

Based on personal interviews with and surveys of more than 900 of the most influential leaders in the real estate industry, this forecast will give you a head-up on where to invest, which sectors and markets offer the best prospects, and trends in the capital markets that will affect real estate.
