Lara concentrates her practice in the area of real estate development, including residential and commercial condominiums and conversions, townhomes and single family homes, office park/retail centers and mixed use projects. She assists real estate developers from initial preparation of project documentation, including form sales contracts, condominium declarations, property reports and governmental filings, to contract negotiations and closings for individual unit sales. Lara enjoys working with the entire development team, including project managers, contractors, engineers, architects and sales agents, in order to strategize and deliver documents tailored to the client’s specific project and preferences.

In addition, Lara has vast experience drafting project supporting documents, such as easements, development agreements, restrictive covenants and vertical separations which are tailored to project specific situations.
