Glenn Kanter is a partner in the litigation group, concentrating his practice in various real estate, contract litigation and commercial litigation matters.

Mr. Kanter has represented several large residential real estate developers in complex contractual disputes involving multiple purchasers seeking recovery of large amounts of earnest money deposits pursuant to various contractual and statutory provisions. Mr. Kanter has also represented property owners, investors and court-appointed receivers in a variety of matters involving litigation over title and possession to real estate, from eviction actions, mortgage foreclosures, specific performance, and other real property issues. Prior to joining BUPD, Mr. Kanter represented both insurers and insureds on a variety of insurance-related issues
